"BEWARE: hidden fees of $500/hour, illegally bait-and-switched from advertised rate. I saw other reviewers also discovered the expensive hidden fees. Fortunately I had another attorney read the letter of engagement before I signed, and they noticed that it said there could be additional fees, but did not disclose what they were. I inquired and was told there would be an additional hourly rate of $500/hour for work that is required as part of the trademark process but is not included in the advertised flat fee. I politely told them I would sign if they changed that, and they said they wouldn’t negotiate the terms and refused to work with me. I’m not interested in working with a dishonest firm anyway. Thank goodness I noticed before it was too late—unlike poor R W here in the reviews who got stuck with the big fees and bad service. Will be reporting this firm to the Attorney General for classic illegal bait-and-switch practices. I’m not giving one star because I didn’t experience their service so I can’t attest to it, though it sounds like R W got hit with bad service in addition to the hidden fees I discovered."
