"Top-notch service, and fast. I took my 2017 Subaru Legacy for an oil change yesterday, November 16, 2023. As soon as I parked, Jose approaches offering assistance and asking how they could be of service. I told him I needed an oil change. I asked for pricing. He gives me the exact price which is under $100. As my car is being worked on, Jose advises me of the manufacture recommended services based on mileage. He emailed all of these recommendations with pricing and I think I will come back to have each one done at this Jiffy Lube one by one based on level of importance, which Jose will guide me on. As someone who has dealt with auto shops and mechanics for over 30 years, I can tell when I am dealing with an honest shop. Jose brings top level service and customer engagement. I might recruit him to work for me and pay him better. What an asset to a business. I ended up spending maybe $190 total because of other things that I asked to get done. I’m bringing all my cars to this Jiffy Lube. Btw, no appointments required. I was in and out approximately 25 to 30 minutes."
