"Based on evidence reviewed during the discovery process of our family's estate file, we believe we are dealing with an issue of fraud. With the backing of the three-headed dragon, an unethical attorney with an unethical family member and with the help of the audit from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania They come together and commit FRAUD against the poor elderly family's estates. In the estate file audit, they state there are NO stocks, only 1.6 acres of real estate. On the contrary, if you go to James Jr Wheatley's will (file# 63-05-041) it states something different. The will shows that he's selling off his stocks, worth $50,000 to $100,000 (case # C-63-OC-2005-41), and claiming that it is the sale of land rather than stocks. The land is hidden and then resold at a later date to a family member. As a result, taxes have not paid against approximately 7.8 acres of real estate. See instrument 200508736 for details on this crime/fraud. Instrument # 2016-19749 shows the commonwealth of PA selling off Ida Mae Wheatley's real estate, that they assisted in stealing, 40 years earlier. The same parties were involved: unethical lawyers and employees of CommonWealth Pennsylvania. Again we're deeply concerned for how easy this is done than this 39.7 acres We are contacting the Internal Revenue fraud units. TREASURY INSPECTOR GENERAL FOR TAX ADMINISTRATION and multiple other federal agencies. The three-headed dragon includes the following parties: 1) Big oil and gas companies 2) Unethical lawyers 3) Unethical Government and city workers that take advantage of the estates belonging to the elderly. We are very disgusted at how easily this fraud has been committed.and nobody is taking action. I have not been able to reach any personnel that have concern about the standard practices within Washington county and the state of Pennsylvania. The Attorney General looked the other way when I filed criminal charges; they didn't even look into it. Furthermore, the District Attorney's Office stated they lost my complaint that was sent and signed via certified mail from the United States Postal Service. My original goal was to work toward correcting my family's estate file. This has not been achievable as we have uncovered widespread fraud with too many official parties being involved. There is not one person who has been willing to do the right thing (for those of you wondering, I have hired multiple attorneys and have spent thousands to still be at "square 1"). During this process, my goals have changed as I have learned that the corruption is state wide and likely affecting numerous family estates. This is bigger than my family estate.. My goal is to bring to the surface, the truth regarding the corruption within the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to eventually help all who have suffered for decades because of these crimes"
