"I contracted Andrea Rodriguez to look into my case and give me a possible solution to my issue. I provided her with my FOIA to give her an insight on my case. She told me that she needed to request some other type of documentation to get a better understanding on my case, She charging $500 to do so. Fast forward five months and guess what she hands me. The same exact file that I provided to her Beforehand. So essentially, I paid her $500 and waited five months for her to give me the same exact documentation that I already had. She gives me a call back telling me that she will get back to me and guess what no callback . absolutely terrible service, dishonest disgraceful, and shouldn’t even be in the business if you’re not willing to be transparent with your customers. I would give her zero stars if possible. Stealing peoples hard earned money . I will be reporting her to the board ."

"Normally I don’t go out of my way to call people out but I had to in this case. This lady took thousands of dollars from me and didn’t do absolutely nothing. Even after I explained to her the extreme situation I was in. For more than 5 years she kept b.s ing me and just asking for more money. When I finally had enough and asked for my papers back suddenly and magically some important documents were missing from my file. Out of spite she lost documents that I had to go and get back again. What a horrible human being that takes advantage of the ones that are in terrible circumstances. However I believe that god sees everything. Don’t hire this lady she will bamboozle you out of thousands for nothing."
