"I deeply regret ever renting from this company. This company is ran by amateurs and you always need a paper/ photo trail when dealing with them or they will burn you. It's not worth the effort. They were unresponsive to requests for repairs and when they did finally get back to me they were incredibly rude. The biggest complaint that I have is that they did not check the apartment before I moved in. The wall was painted green and I thought it was odd but refreshing. When I finally moved out, they had the nerve to charge me for it and then get an attitude when I questioned why I was being charged. How was I supposed to know that they did not do their job of checking the apartment before I moved in for the previous tenant's damages. I had no idea that the company did not paint that wall green. Needless to say, they never returned my deposit to me."
