"Fast and friendly service and very affordable. I really appreciate their honestly and didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me which happens a lot to females. They also have a clean waiting area and bathroom which is not always the case with most auto shops."

"Took my car there for repairs, after a week called to find out what was happening. They had not even looked at it yet! I waited a few more days, called again, still they had not even looked at it! When I asked why not, the guy told me he was busy and had other cars he had to work on. I asked why my car had to wait till he worked on everyone else who came in AFTER me, he had no answer but was quite clear that my car would be his last priority, he would look at it if and when he had time, and would work on it only if and when he had nothing else to do. I have no idea why they decided my business was worth less than everyone else's, I have brought two different cars there for numerous repairs in the past, suddenly they decided I was no longer a valued customer. After two weeks, I complained that it was taking so long, he responded "well, you can come get your car." So, I did! Probably would have been thousands of dollars in repairs as there are a lot of things wrong with it, but I guess they didn't want the money (or to keep me as a customer). They usually do good work, but if you're in a hurry...well, maybe find another place."
