"Around 9 o’clock 1/16/24 my boyfriend’s semi and trailer disconnected. He followed protocol and call roadside. Roadside gave superior the wrong address. It was around 2 AM when he called to get someone out to the right location. They told him someone would be out shortly. 3 hours later and he is still stranded on the side of the road. It is EXTREMELY unsafe to have someone out on the road for this long. He has been stranded for over 8 hours… I expected better from a tow company that is open 24/7"
