I had booked an inspection through the website, received confirmation, arrived on time, and waited for 20 minutes before they told me they wouldn't keep my appointment bc they won't work after 5, despite the shop being open until 6. Do not book a service with this shop, appointments will not be honored and your time will be wasted. Will not be using this shop or Meineke again."

"The mechanic was so nice and he didn't get any dirt in my car I can't say how nice of a change it was to actually be treated like a lady but I complete another gentleman again I can't say enough about how wonderful your mechanic treated me at this location it felt like he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and to make me happy I will definitely come back to this location when I need work done to my car after my experience with the employee who I feel went above and beyond to make me feel like I was the most important person in the world again it was nice in today's day and age to be treated with that old school experience that you just don't seem to find anymore I truly hope that this does not fall on deaf ears and someone in your corporation realizes how wonderful this mechanic is and you truly appreciate how lucky you are to have him working for your company"

"Took my car here to get an oil change didn’t even top the fluids off which I requested and it’s on the paper now my check engine light is on!! I usually go to my dealership, but they are booked. I am going back to Meineke because they are going to top them fluids off that I paid for but for now on, I will go to my dealership. Now they have things hanging up like for coupons, but he said he they don’t get coupons. I actually called corporate because I want my money back because he said he had to wait for the filter but nobody delivers filters to him. If I have to sue I will sue I won’t get $200 that you charge me for an oil change and you didn’t do the whole job and my engine light is on. My window wiper fluid it signal, came on, I opened up the hood no fluids were topped off . I actually had to purchase there wasn’t even any coolant a little tiny bit so I had to call corporate. And you do take coupons! I am going to my dealership and I’m going to see if any of them filters were actually changed. If not, I will see you in court and I want that money back. No reason He charged somebody $200 corporate said if there are coupons on their website, they have to honor them , doesn’t matter if they are independently owned.. it’s still a franchise. Just like Dunkin’ Donuts With your independently owned, but it’s still a Franchise. I’m going to look up the owner of that Meineke.. you will be receiving a letter demand for repayment, or I have to see my lawyer dude I’m the one who called u u I want my money back if not we’ll have to deal with this in court and I promise you’ll be paying my lawyer fees I went to my dealer and I stood there while they lift up the hood. The filter was just pushed in. He didn’t put anything back together. He did not do anything on that list. The only thing they should charge before is that filter that’s it because I marked my tires and make sure they are rotated, I’m not stupid"

"The Meineke worker that assisted me, Joe, not only did he fix my truck he actually took the time and explained what needed to be fixed and why. Everytime I had a question, and I had a lot of questions lol, he stopped what he was doing and actually answered every single one! Not one time did he seem annoyed, like most mechanics when a woman asks a question about what they're fixing, he was nothing but respectful, BEST customer service I experienced in years! Will definitely recommend Meineke in Bristol to my friends and family."

"I took my van in for noisey brakes. It also needed an oil change and inspection and a front end repair. I planned on getting the brakes done and the scheduling the rest of the work down the road. The brake job was done by the time promised and when I asked about scheduling the other work I was informed they got everything done. And the cost was less than the estimate. Very pleased. They saved me a bunch of inconvenience."
