"I also highly recommend thus place. My car had broken brakes, brakes rotors, abd caliper; this job really wasn't too expensive,it was fair, Thanks a lot! Wonderful job!!!!. Enrique Mejia."
"Fairdale replaced my starter in Aug. 2022. In November my car wouldn't start. I was told by the auto repair it was towed to that I needed a new starter and battery. I was told that the battery was old and should have been replaced in August when the starter was replaced and this caused the starter to break down again. I am paying $300 less that I was charged at Fairdale Auto for a new starter and battery. Fairdale is a ripoff and aren't thorough as they should be."
"I had some really bad brakes on my Honda Accord , I called them in the afternoon they told me to come, immediately they begin to work on my car. They were very professional and the prices were reasonable. I Would highly recommend."
"CUSTOMER BEWARE I brought my truck for inspection and THEY broke my brake lines. They claim I drove it there like that but yet there was a puddle of brake fluid under my truck when I went to go pick it up in a different parking spot than where I left it when it was dropped off. This is a work vehicle and had gps tracking installed. My gps shows it was driven over 5 miles and reached a top speed of 93 MPH prior to rapid deceleration. If you care about your vehicle and do not want it abused I would stay clear of this place that claims to be a repair shop. I rolled my truck away from their property because I did not trust it being there left over night after how unprofessional they were, they are the type of place that would do spite work after hearing about other instances here. I subsequently had to have my truck towed to a real mechanic for something they broke and refused to make it right. They also refused to give me their insurance information to file a claim with their mechanic liability policy. Likely they do not have any given their business practices. I called the police to try to get their information. When they showed up they still refused. The cops mentioned they are at this place frequently for calls about work being done wrong and similar complaints and abuse. After seeing the inside of their shop, how the mechanics treat customers, and them breaking my vehicle I would not trust this place to even change a light bulb because they clearly like to abuse vehicles that they have in their possession"
"I just want to thank Danny at Fairdale Auto Repair! I got a flat tire on my way to my mom's doctor appointment. He was pleasant and professional! He saw my distress and took good care of us. I was on my way in 15 minutes and on time to mom's appointment! The whole staff was great! I highly recommend this service."
