"Was told there might be a transmission problem with my car. Called Donovan's and was able to make an appointment within the week to have my car looked at. They looked at it that day (no issues, thank goodness) and had it ready for me before the end of business. Then I realized I forgot to ask them to look at something else too, called them back on Monday and they said they would see what they could do. Again, looked at it within a day and fixed the problem. Kept me updated the whole time and worked with me the whole way. My car is old and foreign with a special trim, and has more problems than are worth fixing. They were honest and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I think I just fell in love with an auto shop...and I hate auto shops."
