"This Walmart location has the worst customer experience I have encountered. There are routinely extremely long lines of 100+ customers with only four cashiers working the entire store. The electronics department employees could help check people out, but they do not for some reason. With so many customers waiting and so few cashiers, it's common for people to become frustrated while waiting in line. It can take 30 minutes or more just to reach a cashier because of the exceptionally long lines. Online ordering for pickup here is even worse, with a high likelihood orders will not be ready as requested. Today I was shocked by an incident with a kind gentleman who regularly greets customers at the entrance. He had obviously just been assaulted and was bleeding and battered, yet was still at his post. It was appalling that after being attacked, he was not immediately removed and given medical care but instead left to continue working the door. This raises serious concerns about how this Walmart location treats its employees that should be addressed."

"Went here two days in a row and the money center was closed. Decided to see if the money center was open yesterday morning and the associate Latonya/Latoya was very rude and impatient. Didn't greet me and took her time to assist me. She proceeded to get smart once I told her I didn't have my ID when I tried to use a service that I’d never used before. I misplaced my ID, I asked to get a money order instead. She informed me that I couldn’t get a money order without an ID since the amount was over $1k. I told her to give me one for half of the amount and I would just get someone to get the other. She told me that I couldn't do that either and she wasn't going to go back and forth with me. Long story short, she made my experience the worst. I ended up going to another Walmart and didn't have an issue whatsoever. Arbutus Walmart needs to do way better when choosing associates to handle customers’ needs."

"It's been awhile since I last visited this location but I didn't have any issues. Employees were courteous and helpful. Checkout was fine,they had enough people working and enough lanes open to accommodate the customers checking out."

"This Walmart is okay for a Walmart. Many time the prices on the racks are wrong. Sometimes they’ll match the price sometimes they don’t. I took the photo below because the price for the gravel vacuum cleaner seemed very cheap and none of the prices around it seemed right. When I went to the register it ran up $14.97, the employee and manager said they couldn’t mark it down. I told them to please fix it and they ignored me. I also bought flex glue this day. When I open it, it was very hard and seemed very old, texture was like old, dried hair gel. I tried to use it but it didn’t hold anything. I massage d the tub and it helped a little but as you can see the glue did not hold after 12-24 hour dry time. So beware of quality and price accuracy. Seems like they put items wherever they fit and unpopular items don’t get checked for shelf life."

"Only 4 check-outs open while aisles are full of re-stockers. This shows a lack of respect for customers' time or prioritization on overall customer experience. I ended up leaving because check-out line was so long, my frozen goods started to thaw. I typically avoid this location because this level of staffing at check-outs has been the norm. The staff I've had interactions with have been helpful and professional. Just not enough of them to match the volume of customers at check out. Really an issue with management and how they allocate staff through-out the store."
