"Late Pizza Friday post after a two week heietus. Tried out Trenton Tomato Pie in Penndel this past Friday. Went for the Extra large chicken Parm pizza. This is a big pie with big flavor. The chicken is great. Breaded, seasoned, and fried really nice. True parm. Although it could use a little more chicken and could be distributed more evenly. The sauce tasted less sweet than I'm used to. Favoured the savory spectrum but still good. Also thought Trenton pies were known for sauce splotching thought I would've seen it here. Cheese was good. Didn't notice any Parm sprinkles. But there's basil sprinkled on top which is a nice touch. Pie is thin and gives the pie some flop but toppings still stay on pretty well. Dough tastes good but nothing crazy. Overall it's a great specialty pizza. 8.3."
