"Homeowners Associations, You DO have rights Mr. Oliveri supported me against my condo HOA Board of Directors. I believed they held all the power. I was anxious, worried, completely overwhelmed and feeling helpless. Then through my desperation, I found Mr. Oliveri by using google. I called his office and I was transferred to him right away. He was very informative, kind and patient. He helped me dictate an informative letter with a polite request of what we wanted. This morning (the next day) I heard from the HOA , and they did everything we asked! It is highly unlikely we will have to contact the HOA again regarding the issues, but if the issues continue in the future, I will contact Mr. Oliveri right away. Call Oliveri & Larsen Law! "This is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever experienced. I first called in to get information in regards to paying an account. The lady named Michelle, was extremely rude and refused to give me her position title so that I could report it to higher management. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and instantly got the person she stated wasn’t available. After I finally spoke with higher management, he completely dismissed my concerns. Frustrated, I knew he didn’t care so I proceeded with why I called in the first place. I asked Tim, to email me the account information to pay a bill. He belabored sending me an email, which would’ve took him 2 minutes of his time. This was because it was the end of the month and he was trying to incur more fees by delaying the information to the next month. He was also very rude, and I recommend avoiding this unprofessional law firm at all cost!"
