"Finally a nice little pizza place that make great food. Extremely courteous staff, definitely worth the trip."
"We have been faithful Westtown Pizza customers for the last 14 years. Sadly, the new owners (late 2023) seemed to have changed the recipes and ingredients and the food just does not match up. First, we tried hot subs....Both the meatball parm and buffalo chicken hot subs were not toasted/cheese was not melted well at all. It was just thrown together on a cold sub roll. We then gave them another shot and tried the pizza. It was paper thin, floppy, and collapsed from the toppings when picked up to try to take a bite. The cheese tasted really cheap. I would compare it to gas station pizza. Not even close to what it used to be. The crust is very plain tasting and has an after taste to it. Sadly, I think we won't be giving them more chances until I hear something was changed. It just doesn't seem like they have experience making Italian food. It's sad because they were always so convenient but the food has just gone downhill with the change in owners."
"As of the Summer of 2023 there are new owners and with that, their own new pizza recipe. I have tried three different pizza pies from them and decided to write a review with constructive criticism. The new owner and his family own and operate all of the businesses at our neighborhood local. They all seem to be very friendly and nice. With that being said, I have to remind them of a few simple things. Pizza in New York is expected to meet basic standards whether it's in Orange County (full of NYC transplants) or Brooklyn NY. Crust, sauce and cheese. If they are not correct it isn't good. This pizza has no taste. There is no sauce and the recipe is centered on the crust being very soft and doughy like a hot pretzel. It tasted like it was a frozen pizza. It is seriously lacking in what pizza should be and what Westtown Pizza was for all of us here for so many years. I hope that they heed this review and perhaps work on obtaining the original recipe for the pizza that kept people coming for a few decades. There's a reason why the small pizza place in the small, little-known town survived for so long: because the product kept us coming. Please recalibrate your approach on Italian food. It is lacking in flavor and texture. I also want to see you guys succeed."
"Pizza was terrible six weeks ago, cheese was cold, not even melted so we thought we'd try again. Still terrible I'm sorry to say, crust was barely done. Tasted raw. Four out of five having dinner agreed it was bad."
"Great local pizzeria to get a great slice of pizza. The buffalo chicken roll is a must! Good customer service. minimal seating. 22 seats total."
