Service Center - Faulkner Toyota Trevose

"I don’t like to assume that I was treated this way because I’m a woman, but it’s always very interesting when a service center tells me I need a new air filter (oldest trick in the book) and new windshield wipers, but it’s especially interesting when I had both replaced exactly 5 weeks ago. I ended up taking my car elsewhere because now I know I can’t trust the dealership service center. Extremely, extremely disappointing. Several of the people I spoke to on the phone were also incredibly rude (I didn’t mention any of this to them so there was no reason to be rude). Additionally, they said they would call me once they had my keys on their desk, then called an hour later saying they were closing in 15 minutes and don’t have a cashier so I can’t come today anyway. Granted there had been snow that morning, but if my car was ready that whole time since no work was done I wish I would’ve been informed they were thinking of closing early so I wasn’t unnecessarily without my car for the day. Overall just a really poor experience and I won’t be returning. But they’re SUPER kind when you’re buying a car…again, just interesting."

"Went for a service as i had the issue of rail roof water leak which was supposed to be covered under the customer support program after receiving letter from toyota. The service advisor stated it was not an issue when they tested and did not fix it. If a customer reports an issue, it needs be fixed by the dealer rather than stating it was not replicable when they tested."
