"The service itself was fine. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. However, I did not love the upselling. I do the very basic maintenance on my car (filters, light changes, etc.) and don't do my oil because I'm not comfortable being under my car. I know my car very well. I didn't love the suggestions of replacing things I know I just replaced. I get it, you have to make a buck, but it felt wrong."
