"If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. They are supposed to be helping government employees, but their attitude is that it's a bother. Very recently I went to an attorney for help on a credit matter. The attorney assures me that they will get right on it and then likely dumped my case out of the window, as soon as I walked out. 7 Years prior to that, I used their services for a landlord tenant issue and that attorney at the time couldn't be bothered either. I might as well have been arguing on my own behalf. It appears that if one is a regular client, they operate normally. However, I find it appalling that they take District Government Union Members money, but when members appear for help, find the case beneath them."
