"We highly recommend this law team! We have worked with Joe, himself, and Brandon Eberle. They both are quick to respond, discuss all options thoroughly, and are professional yet still empathic. We will continue to use them for our law needs."
"Joe is kind, honest, friendly, and above all competent and straight forward. He is non-judgmental and will help you address your problems in a gracious and patient manner. His prices are very reasonable and he is extremely prompt in getting back to you by phone or email. Overall the kind of guy you want in your corner!"
"I was fed up with having problems with my license and getting pulled over just to lose it again. So I called on Joe Pometto’s law firm and Joe personally took on my cases. Each case were all dismissed which allowed me to restore my driving privileges again. Furthermore, Joe also charged a very generous price for each case in which I couldn’t thank him enough. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!"
"Having Joe Pometto as my attorney has been my best decision in my life. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner. Having an understanding and respectable man in my corner has been nothing short of a miracle. As my attorney joe has made me see that there is truly light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Having him represent me, I have got my life back, and my confidence has soared. If you are looking for an amazing ( not a good enough word), Attorney Joe is your guy for sure. I am blessed and eternally grateful for him while I was in such a dark part of my life. ~Wendy B"
"BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY Since Joe somehow got my last review removed. I guess that’s why his reviews are mostly positive. Beware of this attorney because he will abandon you as a client if its not easy enough for him. As a young professional myself BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY If I could rate zero stars I would. I first contacted Joe Pometto about a wage dispute over 5 months ago. Everything went great on the initial conversation. Conceded to him that I may be out of his area and this was no problem and that he would come to the area himself if needed. Furthermore, stated that he would find an attorney in the area I am if it went that far. Initial conversation went great, signed this lawyers retainer for a contigent basis with the idea that he would send a demand letter to my previous employer and then initiate further litigation if the letter was unsuccessful (even stated this over the phone, in his retainer and the eventual demand letter sent to my previous employer). I painstakingly went through a 45 page audit to come up with an exact number to include in the demand letter. Then I lost contact with Joe for weeks. Sent emails, text messages and even called his office. Eventually, he wrote the letter. Now 4 weeks have gone by and I contacted him for an update. Told me he wasnt willing to initiate litigation with my employer ( even though our initial conversation, retainer and demand language narrates that he was very much willing to come to my area if the matter came to this) that our client attorney was terminated, not to contact his firm, and left me abandoned without any further referral to an attorney that could handle the litigation. He then proceeded to personally attack me and tell me I was unprofessional and that asking him to come to me or find me a different attorney was 'shocking'. Let me ask you this, Joe, if this case settled after the demand letter was sent, would you have waived your contingency fee? What you have done is abandonment of a client and is highly unprofessional and shocking for an attorney practicing 10 years. All of your responses to no longer representing me our boilerplate statements attorneys give clients when they cant or are unwilling to do the work. Beware of this attorney. He will abandon you when its no longer easy for him and, like, previous negative reviews show, will degrade and criticize you when confronted."
