"Something Changed, Now they have two guys who sit in the back, canceling online orders and not answering the phone. Horrible now, never do extra sauce when requested, and too many spots with no cheese and horribly dry, its disgusting now. Get rid of these new guys who don't care."

"Placed and order. Got a notification telling me they canceled my order as I was pulling into the parking lot after driving 20 minutes to get there. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes. Finally the guy gig off his phone and came over. He old me he canceled my order because they ran out of plastic containers, which only one of the 3 items required. Then he walked away. They could have put the food in a different container, which you’d think just about every other restaurant would do. They could’ve called me. I’ll stick with Dominos They go above and beyond with their customer service."

"left a review for the last time about 7 years ago, but this pizza was very tasteless, I bought it here a couple of times and it wasn’t very good, but the last time the sauce was sour, there was almost no cheese at all! it’s a sad place, it’s better to go to the Italians, it will cost a couple of dollars more, but it will be at least tastier, not this one papa john burp"

"We love this Papa John's Pizza! We had an issue with a third party delivery service, which was no fault of Papa John's. When we called the management Johnathan had a tremendously good response and we were blown away by his excellent attitude and help. We will look forward to getting our pizza there again!"

"I ordered for delivery and the food got here faster than the estimated time which was great. Pizza tastes the same as most of the other Papa John’s and it’s always good with the garlic sauce. The honey Chipotle wings were a bit dry with barely any sauce. Trying the Philly cheesesteak papadia the first time and it was a little disappointing and they forgot my sauce!"
