"The female delivery driver was rude and unprofessional. Because of the lack of a real parking lot, I parked on the side of the building and moments after turning off my car, a Napa delivery vehicle pulled up behind me and laid on the horn. The driver flailed about in her seat unnecessarily until I moved my car. There are no signs posted indicating this is reserved parking or anything, and the situation could have been handled much differently. I am very disappointed and being a new driver, it was honestly scary and upsetting for me."
