"If i could i would give it 0 stars i just tried to place a order the man that answered the phone was very rude im trying to give him the address with the correct directions to give to his driver but the man wasnt trying to hear it. He literally hung up on me! i then called back to ask why would he hang up on a customer that is giving her hard earned money to? obviously he did not answer! it kept ringing ! ill tell you what starr pizza will NEVER get a penny from me and ill make sure i tell everyone local not to do business with inconsiderate people like him! i suggest you find a new counter person because the one you got is NASTY HORRIBLE N VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . You guys lost a loyal customer!"

"Just had the absolute worst expirience at this place ive been a customer for over 10 years and the service i recieved was unacceptable i paid 24 dollars for 3 cheesesteaks a week ago only to be charged 10 dollars more today for the same exact order the gentleman at the counter was absolutely useless in resolving my problem i drove a long way to get something i really enjoyed only to be up-charged due to no mistake of my own i wont return or reccomend to anyone so i hope yal are happy losing customers there was no attempt to resolve this issue and someone should be fired"

"Only getting 2 stars because the delivery driver was kind. Ordered plain pizza pie well done and a Diet Coke. Took an hour for delivery (placed order at 5:54 pm, received order 6:58 pm). Pizza arrived burnt and cold, as stiff as cardboard and the coke delivered was regular, not diet like i requested."

"This place was the only place I ordered from and we received cold food. I called and complained and the owner promised me A $25 credit ... I tried to use that credit tonight and he said it was non existing... I will NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Your food is so so and delivered late and cold. "I ordered a special with 2 Large Pizzas , 20 buffalo wings and 2 liter soda on doordash at around 6 o’clock and didn’t receive my food until 7:15pm. That’s just the start of it. The pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life and i work as a pizza cook. I know what dough taste like that hasn’t settled and isn’t cooked at the right temperature. It was extremely hard and undercooked. I would give 0 stars if i could. Also i tried to add pepperoni after i ordered and they tried to charge me $5 for 1 topping which is ridiculous. The wings were okay but they never give you exactly how many wings you order. I always get shorted."
