The whole place is stylish without being fancy, and the staff is super friendly, making the vibe really welcoming. But here's the real kicker—the communal fire pit. It's this cozy spot where guests gather at night. I met some awesome people and had a blast sharing stories around the fire. Such a nice touch! And get this, the retreat is near Binghampton, this quirky town filled with antique shops. I spent a day hunting for treasures and found some cool, unique stuff. "Group of us around twenty people recently stayed at the retreat for New Years celebration. Amenities and decorations have all recently been updated. Amazing property with an amazing view. But what makes the place truly a gem are the two caretakers of the retreat. Frank and Tammy co-manages the property. Friendly, caring, and Tammy’s biscuits and gravy are to crave for! About 40 minute out from Elk Mountain Ski Resort. Would stay there again!"
