"This place is so unprofessional when its comes to handling business and interacting with people. The one guy Vlad likes to scream and yell at the customers whenever they have a question or concern about their vehicle. Nobody knows what they are doing when it comes to the customers and the workers seem to argue among themselves about petty issues. The shop is extremely dusty and dirty from the outside it looks as if it could be a chop shop but luckily it wasn't one. If I had another choice to take my vehicle somewhere else to be serviced and fixed I would in a heartbeat. They need better professionalism and customer service skills as well and I pray I never have to get my vehicle serviced from them again."

Have had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in three times for different reasons over a two year span and my daughters Jeep Liberty in twice over a year and a half and never had problems.
