"I was charged and additional amount after I was quoted a price. Didn’t find out until the day I was due to pick up vehicle. The issues wasn’t the cost but how it was handle. You’re always suppose to communicate with the customer, especially when there is a price change. It gets worse, an item that was in my car was stolen. I called to ask about it and didn’t get an answer. Professionalism is very important. The finish and workmanship of the body work was excellent. However, professionalism take precedence over workmanship any day."
