"Excellent service. My 2018 Altima had bad brakes and it made a grinding whirring sound everytime I stoppped, turned, and even while on the highway. It was at the point that the brakes would eventually make the wheel turn left. Well, I brought the car here and it looks like were multiple issues all related to the brakes and rotors. It took less than a full day to work on the car despite its many issues. Afterwards, the brakes were finally working even better than expected; better than they have in almost 3 years. The guys were helpful, communicative and friendly. Highly recommend this place as it made a difficult situation much better. We will be back!"

"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THESE GUYS. WHAT A CHEAT AND THEY PLAN AND WILL SCAM YOU AFTER YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE TO KEEP COMING BACK TO. THEY BATE YOU THEN THEY WILL EVENTUALLY SCAM YOU. I paid over $700.00 to have my steering wheel fixed because it would not turn, off the reviews I was excited to go to them to get this fixed. Left the shop happy, a couple weeks pass the same problem comes back. I go to them they proceed to "fix" it. I leave happy again. A week passes again, the problem is still their. I GO BACK. I have gone back to have this problem fixed about 6-7 times to no avail. He says if it happens again come back and we may have to order a "part." wish is weird because why not just order the part that was needed months ago. I am now back in same situation and my steering wheel is WORST THAN ITS EVER BEFORE!! I was in an accident because my steering wheel once again cannot turn when it was paid to have this small issue fixed with no resolve yet from Rhawns to actually just fix it. But keep the money and have me come back every couple weeks frustrated that it is still not done. I refused to believe they were a scam until it finally happened to me. They ripped me off MORE THAN $700.00 with no explanation or apology and I don't think I am the only one. I will not take the car back afraid that if it was such a problem to do something so simple they would again "fix" this problem or actually fix it and do something else to make me have to come back to them. I will never refer anyone to this establishment again and will continue to write horrible reviews about so everyone knows to never go here. I am saddened by the lack of professionalism and violating the trust of a good and honest female customer. i do not know if racism played a part in this but with money down the drain and a car still not fixed its hard when few others are able to have their problems correctly addressed and mine as a laugh to think otherwise in a situation like this."

"Great people. Excellent service. They have never overcharged me. The tires are really good. I have changed my tires there for maybe 10 tires in maybe 13 years. 2 cars & their tires go on & on & on too. Even the tires they sell are better than other's tires.
