"My first appointment was made for 11:00 and the lawyer was late by more than an hour. I didn’t mind at first but I was the one that had to keep calling the office to see if he will call me soon for my appointment. The first time I called they said he was running late from traffic second time I called turns out they lied and said he was actually in a meeting with someone else. I kept telling them I will reschedule my appointment because I would be unavailable later. They didn’t listen and proceeded to say just wait a little more this appointment cost me $100 dollars up front and once he did call me I told him to reschedule and he did but once we talked on the phone a second time I was expecting a full hour meeting and his focus on my case. The call only lasted for 4 minutes.. all he discussed to me about was what to bring to the next meeting which was gonna cost me another amount of money.. I had enough of how little they cared about my case so I called to ask for a refund and they passed me to this rude lady named celsa who I talked calmly about the situation but she didn’t seem to care and said no refund will be allowed for the 4 minute call I had with the lawyer. This place really just cares about money at the end of the day. I bet the lawyer at first really did care about giving everyone a chance to get their citizenship but I don’t think so anymore. I sadly had the worst experience with this office."
