"LOVED my experience here. Usually I feel uncomfortable going into places like these because I’m a woman but this was not the case at all with the worker here. SUCH AN AMAZING PERSON!! Will definitely be coming here for any future service I need."
"Great guys, didn't try to take advantage of me being a woman getting my car fixed.. they were reasonable and worked with me. Prices are fare and the work is amazing!! They went above and beyond the job and made sure i wasn't without my car too long. Some places like to keep your car sitting there, charge you a bunch of money and add on other problems. THIS PLACE IS HONEST-HARD WORK, AND IT SHOWS! I WILL be telling everyone i know."
"Great company. They give you a personal touch along with excellent service and craftsmanship. I am really satisfied with the owner and staff abilities to put their customers at ease, especially, after having an accident."
"I believe the owner of this business may want to have a bit of a training session with the lady that answers the phone about yelling at potential customers. I had barely given her the vehicle location and she interrupted me & yelled that they didn't have anyone in the area then hung up on me. Not exactly the way I would want my customers treated if I were the owner, thats for sure..."
"I dispatch for allstate roadside service, this company takes too long for our customers and shows the lack of having a heart to send someone to help in a quick manner. also, make sure your voicemail is not full and answer the phone and not give 90 minute eta's for everything if you can't honor the time and be there. you are the worst company to call yourselves customer service professionals. take classes and show you can be better and then maybe i can say you are an okay company."
