"On Sunday the 29th of October 2023 at around 5 or 6 pm I went to visit this Pizza Hut location between Castor av and Rhawn st to order chicken wings, I ask the attendant for my order, a young woman came out and was choking in food in the background literally and laughing; she grabbed my wings container with her dirty hands and set it over the counter. The wing container was sticky with barbecue sauce and it wasn’t from my chicken wings because order mine with garlic sauce, she didn’t even put my order in a proper paper bag and hesitated when I ask for blue cheese and kept laughing left the wing container just like that. Nasty lady and the way she treated my order. Manager please train your employees properly and treat a customer like your like your gold mine. By the way wings were horrible, never coming back for sure! This is a serious complaint!!!!"

"This is a complete waste of money. My family and I were very hungry so we ordered from Pizza Hut but we were very disappointed with what we received. The pizza looks burnt and there are some strange looking parts on it that are white and look like mold. We thought maybe it’s just the way it looks but the taste was also horrible it doesn’t even taste like a pizza. We will never come here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone"

"Pizza Hut has ok pizza and other menu items. The breadsticks are quite good. The employees at this location are not always the most professional. They don’t seem to be interested in working. The customer service when there is an issue needs a lot of improvement. The actual location is in need of a cleaning, inside and outside. The prices are high."
