"There are certain types of businesses that require a significant level of trust by customers. Collision centers (and car repair in general) are one of those that do. Because most consumers are not able to repair body damage to their own vehicles themselves, they place their trust in the individuals repairing their vehicle— and hope that they have the skill, knowledge, and attention to detail to do it right. Both times, we were incredibly impressed by the level of detail and proactive communication that Steve provided every step of the way, the care that he put in to explaining the technical nature of the repairs to non-technical customers, the explanation he put in of the process involving insurance adjusters, car rentals, and other estimates— and ultimately, the quality of the repairs done on our vehicle. Everything was completed with OEM parts, and the car was returned to us detailed inside and out. It is obvious on so many levels that Steve and his team take great pride in their work. Having a car repaired at a collision center is usually not a good circumstance, but we will recommend Buckingham Collision to everyone we can.
