"Had service done on my vehicle and I had a small issue after I received the car back called to address issue and (maybe I didn’t speak the nicest on phone) but that’s besides the point because I went to the shop 10 minutes after the phone call to sort out the issue and apologize for my initial harsh reaction. But upon entering Don the mechanic got aggressive with me said to get out I don’t wanna service your car and called me a D*CKHEAD. These guys once were the best mechanics locally but now they are just too overwhelmed to give quality service to their customers."

"I've been bringing cars to Chuck's since I started driving. I moved a bit further away a few years ago and started taking my car to a closer shop. I noticed a dramatically lower quality of service to the point where I'd need to return my car multiple times for the same issues. Pretty quickly, I decided to drive the extra distance (past 3 or 4 other auto-shops) to bring my car to Chuck's again, and I haven't been disappointed."

"My family has been going to Chuck's for now a third generation. Lee and Dom listen, they care about our vehicles, and they understand our goals (our cars tend to be old with a few idiosyncrasies). They have several times gone above and beyond: taking my vehicle to another specialized shop (of course they asked me first); discovering and making minor repairs without charging me; and accommodating my schedule with a cheerful smile. They also agreed to look at a possible new purchase (used car) and saved us from overpaying for an inferior car. He explained exactly what was wrong with the car, what would have to be done to fix it, and what he would therefore pay for the car. I cannot recommend Chuck's highly enough. Everyone should 'have a guy' in automotive as competent and trustworthy as Lee and Dom."
