"We ordered lunch for the office. The packaging was impressive ( pizza box + large looking and we thought we were going to get a great New Place to order weekly. NOPE! The 3 Cheese Quesadilla - looked like greasy tortilla with 1 slice of cheese. The Cheese Burger Flatbread Panini was a toasted hoagie roll with 1 burger 2 slices of tomato , fresh lettuce ( a plus) but no signs of cheese ( melted in dough.) The worst part when we called to see if they would do anything . The girl taking order said " that's how we make it." so I asked for Manager and he simply said the same! No apology or effort to fix the order. Don't waste your money. We are going back to TRIOs ! Better good and GREAT customer service. Linda Colwell"
