"Horrible experience with this company. Needed a simple winch done to pull my car out of a ditch. Job was completed quick and driver was friendly. However, I was charged incorrectly for over $100 for an hour of service that I did not receive. I disputed this charge with my bank and the company did everything they could to fight this, continuing to present untrue times about when the service was performed. Owner was very rude throughout this process and this company cannot be trusted under any circumstances."

"I was recommended by O'Neil Nissan to call Glenn's Towing to have my car towed to the shop. I was getting a bunch of error messages, and didn't know what to do. I asked if I could schedule a time, the person who answered the phone was very professional. They showed up on time to my house, the person who jumped my car communicated to me everything. Said he was able to jump the car but it was getting a bunch of error codes and wouldn't recommend driving it to the dealer even though they were close.
