"They were very helpful with my court case"
"They have limited walk in hours and you can't speak to a person, only leave vm"
"John Bongizengo does NOT return calls or help you with anything when it comes to him being your lawyer or help in any manor. I have has ZERO representation so far and I'm left not knowing what to do or get any answers. His office address listed on every site is fake. Empty address. Do not recommend this guy. I honestly don't even know if he is alive and it has been months."
"Does anyone still work here? I've been calling for months and I always get a message saying they've reached the max amount of calls for today try again tomorrow. Yesterday it said they reached max by 9:10 a.m.? Submitting the online application doesn't do anything either."
"The attorneys are very helpful and listen to the issue or issues for the reason of requesting representation for. Also refer you to another attorney if dealing with different issues and would like to have representation for. Provide information to you the best they can or point you in the right direction. I have been fortunate enough to be provided counsel for different concerns I have had occur. It's a nervous wreck to be even dealing with certain things that intervene in a person's life but my experience so far has been very helpful in taking some of the burden off my shoulders and having me feel less nervous about court proceedings in general. Cynthia Gilkey has been my attorney and I would be a nervous wreck without her input, honesty, and making sure that the law is in place for the ones who do not always follow it the way they should when bringing a complaint in front of the magistrate. She is there to protect the innocent regardless of the reason that is set forth or means of the services that are requested by low income households whom cannot afford a private attorney to defend them according to the Pennsylvania law."
