Stonesifer & Kelley

"I am a long time client of Stonesifer & Kelley. I have been pretty happy with them for years but recently they have claimed to be sold or changed hands or something of this nature. I had some business with them and they took a rather large retainer fee and charged it as they worked for me. Time has past and my bills have stopped leaving a nice chunk of money that should be returned to me. I called and asked for the return on several occasions with the second time someone saying oh we had a change and the record of my money was not in her records and "we will have to research it and I will get back to you" . I have been ignored and not called back. It has been a month or 2 since my first request and I am starting to worry about the down home Hanover straight forward way that I was accustomed to. I think if you are about to give this firm money you should be weary, If they forget to follow through with this little task with integrity, what will happen if they are faced with a real financial gain for not doing the right thing with a client ? Beware this might be more than just a little change in the way they do business."
