"An absolutely ideal place for our work dinner! Great atmosphere and service, and the menu was excellent. Absolutely something for everyone, and all delicious! Don’t sleep on the soft serve."
"Delicious pizza. I can't wait to eat the leftovers. We had the #2 and #4 with sausage. They were both fantastic. Service was great. NA beverages available as well as wine and beer."
"Checked this out yesterday on the recommendation of my son. We sat at the bar for our meal. The atmosphere here is very distinct from any pizza place I've ever been at. We had the soppressata small plate and the #2 pizza with sausage. The a pizza had just the right amount of char along the edges of the crust as well as a good crispy thin crust. The soppressata was served with I would appear to be olive oil. Both item word delightful. The service was very attentive. The meal was rounded out with a hallertau pilsner from Human Robot. All around and enjoyable experience."
"Thin crispy crunchy crust and many neat combinations and options- or just go classic. Soft ice cream for dessert and unique small plate options for appetizers. It’s pricey but solid pizza for Philadelphia"
"On a recent visit to Philly, I invited a local friend who had never been to this place since I had read the amazing reviews I read online. First of all, it’s not easy to find in an alleyway with poor signage. There was a green peace symbol outside, which I guess you’re supposed to understand is the restaurant. We initially sat outside, but it started pouring out and the staff was amazing and quickly brought us inside. They are the only reason this restaurant is not getting a lower rating. We ordered a basic pie at $24 with pepperoni for an additional $5, which was overpriced. “Best” pizza? Uh, no. It was okay at best, nothing special, and on the salty side. The restaurant has a warehouse vibe for the outdoor seating (is that a thing now?), which was lacking in decor and any effort to make it feel more welcoming. Having traveled to Chicago many times, I recommend the owner travel there to do some research on pizza. I sincerely hope that Philadelphia has better pizza offerings."
