"Impatient and rude as if I called and interrupted you're lunch break which by the way it is only 10:30am. As I'm explaining a very tender story in regards to my particular situation in which I was contacting them for in the first place, she crudely interrupts me ( not even in the midst of my story) and says that there's nothing they can help me with... Really? You are legal aid, right? I needed at least some advice. She didnt even know where I was going with my question. There for even more of a reason for her to just hear me out, so she would understand. Then if you still cant help at least point me in the right direction. What I should do or where should I go or who maybe who could be of assistance. Patience and compassion go a long way my dear. Maybe try to compose yourself as the professional your trying to be. As for me I will figure my situation out though so no worries. Just a shame..."
