"I will never come to this Midas again. Came for a routine state inspection with brand new brakes. Was told I needed new rotors which my personal mechanic signed off on and said they were in great shape. When I told the worker this, he went on and on and even recommended that I get new brakes. I had my brakes redone less than a week prior so this was my sign I was being scammed. I had the rotors “fixed” just to find out they lost one of my lug nuts. I went back and forth to the location for several days trying to get the simple part replaced. On the day they finally put my lug nut back on and I was given my passed inspection sticker, I was told I would be in and out. That was not at all the case because I sat in the lobby for over an hour while the person working the desk sat on their phone. When they finally returned my car to me it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Absolutely absurd, disgusting, and bad business."

"I did an emergency stop here because I had a scraping noise under my car. So I didn’t call ahead of time, I just showed up. When I walked in, the place was clean and tidy. I was warmly greeted by the front desk man. After I told him what I was there for, he took the keys and had the car looked at. 15min later he came back, told me it was my water shield under the car that came loose. They fixed it and charged me nothing! Great fast service."

"The unthinkable occurred traveling late in a Saturday and my tire went totally flat I looked around and saw the Midas sign never been to the organization before. They had EVERY bay occupied the tech told me it will be “awhile” but they could help. I had a seat hoping it was something “simple” I needed a new tire at the end of Theo day they squeezed me in. The most polite, kind, patient group of auto technicians I’ve ever met. Even at the end of a busy day they were top notch in customer service."

I was so elated and being treated by great manner and smile from Steve the customer service writer. The 5 star service was done promptly by professional mechanic for 30 minutes of waiting time.
