"The first early AM customer after a snowy day. Greeted with great customer service and even more importantly they were open on time. The service requested was completed and another service I thought I needed I did not which was a bonus because they pointed out something else that I needed more important and no it was not more expensive (only a couple of dollars difference between the two). Customer service and car experience A1 for this meeting. Don’t trust many with my hybrid but they gained a little ☺️."

"This particular location has friendly and prompt service. I had a tire emergency on New Year's Day and they took care of it. Today, Nov 29, 2023, my battery was completely dead. After being turned away at another Pep Boys (ridge Ave) I called the Stenton Ave. location and they came through with flying colors. 20 minutes later, I was on the road, and they gave me a discount!! What's not to love about that??"

"They forgot to put oil in my car ruined the engine. Had to replace it and they gave me a hard time about it. The replaced it with an old engine. They put grease all in the inside of the car and scraped the tires up. Very unprofessional and lied about everything. Rodney was terrible. Y’all need to do better"
