"Went in for a water pump replacement, hydraulic timing belt actuator, etc. Plus, a right side motor mount and let me tell you that there's not enough room on this rating to describe the professionalism, care, honesty, wonderful customer service, reasonable prices and cleanliness they bestowed upon me. "I went to this place yesterday. They gave me a bad tire. I went back today for a new tire at no cost. The employees were rude except Carlito... then 1 employee asked me was I drunk when I'm Muslim. I will never patronize them again. Very rude and disrespectful."

"I purchased a pair of brand-new tires from these guys. First red flag, they only take cash. A day after I purchased them, I returned to the shop to complain that I am having vibration from the tires, in my steering and a loud rotation noise from the tires when I pick up speed. They insist it’s not from the tires and that I should see a mechanic. I told them it was not mechanical since the problem only started after they placed their new tires on the front. I told them I will replace their tires with two new tires from somewhere else. If the problem goes away, I will return their tires. I replaced their tires, and the problem was no longer there. I returned their tires. Now they are telling me they don’t do refunds. No sign, nothing in their shop to tell you they have a no refund policy. Not a good way to do business."

"These people are SCAMMERS…. I needed a used rear driver side tire , instead of replacing the tire because it was very noisy and bad , they put a screw in it & pretended that it was there the whole time and patched it for $20 ….5 Mins later i pulled off the lot with the tire still making the same loud noise….after they scammed me i went to another tire shop and they resolved the problem by REPLACING THE TIRE….. please be careful before using they service …..Btw , they had the nerve to give me the screw as a souvenir like they saved the day"
