"Timothy Thomas Conlon is a great Con Artist! He’s a terrible lawyer and he’s even worse of a man!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Tim was impossible to reach, and when he would call, it would be at or after 9pm (I have 2 small children). He charged me $1500 to appear in court for an emergency custody hearing, where we showed up over 2 hours late, smelled as if he hadn't showered in a week, and used terms in the court room that even the judge didn't understand. Then he charged me another $1500 to submit some paperwork and adjust child support, and never did a thing in those regards. My husband called him to demand a refund, which he obliged, and I still haven't seen a dime. Now that I've hired a new lawyer, Tim has yet to sign the paperwork removing himself from my case, making the new lawyer unable to proceed in my case. I haven't received child support in months because the new lawyer cannot work on my case with him still on it. All he would have to do is sign the paper for substitution of council to resolve this, but again he is unreachable. Do not waste your time hiring him as a lawyer. I am still waiting on my refund. Maybe my opinion will change after he signs the substitution and issues the refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!"

"Don't turn to Tim, even if you're desperate. He was absolutely unprepared for the first day of court. I have never seen a worse professional (anything) in my life. He completely screwed the pooch. By then, I was out of money, and ended up representing myself not long after. I knew nothing about divorce law, and I'm a busy nurse raising and homeschooling a child, but *I* still did a better job, and got the court to rule in my favor on the divorce, they acknowledged me as the Primary Caregiver, got their alimony and child support claims denied, and I didn't have to pay for the BIA that they pushed for. I'm not saying that everyone should represent themselves-- in fact, I wish I had honest and competent representation-- but don't go here. Don't put you faith in Tim, at all. He is not diligent, and not honest. Definitely shady and unreliable. I wish end this review with arecommendation for some attorney, at least. Someone that could help. Sadly, I can't. Best wishes to anyone going through a divorce. Find time to maintain your mental health. Be honest (including with yourself). Stick to supportable facts. Don't have expectations. Don't hold on to anything too tightly. Maintain your health. Maintain an emotional support network. Maintain your integrity. Don't lose your sense of humor. If you lose those things, it's all downhill from there."

"I don’t usually write poor reviews on people, but this is worthwhile. If there was a zero rating I would have given him zero. Please take all the negative reviews seriously because they are TRUE of Timothy Conlon poor under rated services. He was nice and promising day 1 he spoke with me about the custody case. I thought he knew what he was doing. But I was wrong. After he collected my money then he and his paralegal showed their irresponsible, non communication & extremely poor service. Tim would not respond to your phone calls nor emails. Amendment was needed for my case and he didn’t do it nor follow through although he charged additional fee. I had to get another lawyer who was competent to finish the case. Stay away from Tim Conlon service, you will be very disappointed & ruined!"

"I hired Mr. Conlin about 2 months ago to help me with 2 cases. Child support and a custody case. I was so nervous and anxious throughout most of this process but Tim showed up did his job and got both my cases settled within a week of each other. Everything went much better than I ever expected. He made me feel at ease with his patience and eventually my anxiety and nervousness became comfortability. His knowledge & professionalism are hard to come by. He is fair & reasonable. He contacted me before I contacted him most of the time which was shocking since I know I’m not his only client. Sarah his paralegal was awesome as well. She is knowledgeable and offers a sense of peace and confidence when she is speaking with you. She also gets the job done & communicates effectively. Thank you to you both for being awesome.
