"Why are they only using 1 bay when they have 3 available? They have 4 cars waiting yet only use 1 bay??? It happens everytime. I only gave them 1 one chance because i needed a quick oil change and i was passing by. NEVER AGAIN! IT TAKES 20 MINUTES FOR ANYONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOU TO WHAT YOU NEED!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"Beware. They will take advantage of you. I went there to get a standard oil change and was never asked what kind of oil I wanted. They put the most expensive oil in without consulting me, and wanted to charge $150. As a young woman, I’m always cautious about where I go, as I don’t want to be taken advantage of. Stay away from this establishment!"

"I had my oil changed at this location and the process was very smooth and fast. Sheldon assisted with various services that were beneficial for my vehicle as well as possible savings that were available. There was no line and everyone was very hands on with getting my vehicle in and out in a timely fashion. I would definitely come back for future services."

"Came in with my Chevy Colorado work truck around 2 PM for front brake pads & rotors. There was only 1 other car there and it took until 6:10 PM. The general manager, Barry Jones, was having issues with his computer system. He was given verbal authorization for the work but would not proceed. He had the truck taken apart already and did not want to put it back together and insisted I leave it there overnight. I had to call my employer & call the leasing company because I can't just leave a work truck there that is full of equipment I need to do my job and I couldn't get in a capable rental this late on a Friday. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and working things out he placed blame on me, for coming in too late in the day at 2 PM, and to the leasing company for taking too long for the approval. His mechanic left at 4. The manager ended up doing the work himself after much arguing. Last time I was in it took 3 visits just to get a taillight changed. It's a Chevy Colorado.... nothing fancy. He left black grease marks all over the white truck that I will have to clean up tomorrow. He also performed a tire rotation that I did not request and was not needed. He put the thin tires on the back of my RWD truck. Real professional. Until they can get things better under control I won't be back to this location for awhile."
