"I wish there is an option for minus star, and I wish I had read the reviews before I went there. I dropped my car there for inspection, and they called me, the windshield wiper needs to be replaced, and the car needs to be aligned. l approved on the phone for those two things, but later on when I went to pick up the car, they billed me for additional rotter and break replacement, in total 1075$. I asked can I have the old parts back, they told me they throw them away. I said how come every customer got break replaced. He got pissed and started personal insult. And he went back to the garage and brought back whatever two brakes which I don't know if they are mine or not. And I said, did you just claim you throw them away? How conveniently you find them now. They have lies after lies. I am wondering why the head quarter doesn't do anything to these guys. It is bad for your company reputation. Not just post some links to the website."

"Besides the fact that I was there for almost 3 hours for an inspection, I was only expecting to get a new tire and to replace my passenger side mirror at the most. They don't give you the quote until they've already started the service and are halfway through. Of course they found a few more things that needed to be replaced. If you're planning to get an inspection do not come here and if you decide to and they mention an interest free payment plan for up to three months just know you are going to be spending a lot more than expected. I will not be returning."

"My Fiancé brought her Audi A5 to this Midas location for a routine yearly state inspection & safety sticker. After a couple Hours they told her she needed 2 new front tires, 2 new brake pads all in the front. She drives under the speed Limit and always under control but still I can see the need for new pads. i wasn’t able to accompany her so after they told Her what was needed, she called me I spoke to The gentleman in charge of her vehicle and he told me in order to receive a safety Sticker I needed 2 new brake pads in front and 2 new tires in front. One tire was only 2 years old oh well right I only paid $300 for it. I tell them to go ahead and do the work. $2000.00 later she calls me Again puts the gentleman back on the phone and now added was front rotors, vehicle and front axel alignment, He added the alignment and rotors with out her or my knowledge or consent then told me it was necessary to get a safety sticker…. I’m not from PA so the yearly inspections are new to me. ON TOP OF IT ALL THEY PUT A NEW SCRATCH ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE OF A BLACK VEHICLE , ( very noticeable and fresh ) but of course they deny that. If my fiancé tells me they scratched her beloved Audi A5 Trust me they scratched her A5…. Of course we’ll have it fixed but it’s always at our expense, these people can’t take responsibility for anything. THEY’RE NOT HONEST DO NOT USE THEM."

"Took my car in for an inspection today. Staff was friendly and extremely professional had me in and out in no time. Highly recommend these guys to anybody who hasn’t had the pleasure of doing business with them! -JS"
