I read nothing but solid reviews, so I setup a meeting with Bill to have my Kia Optima right rear quarter panel repaired due to a car hitting it. I was impressed with Bill when I met him and he suggested detailing the car due to its age (2009) and that would bring that glossy car new shine look back and take care of the scratches around the bumpers which he said was normal for its age, and I had a door jamb dent which he said he could take care of as part of the detailing.
