"I hate to sound so negative about this law firm, but I really felt confident in my case. A year ago I was cooking Tyson dino nuggets for ny kids and other family. I took out a nugget to make sure it was cooled off enough and broke my tooth on a piece of metal. I contacted Tyson shortly afterwards where they came up for different excuses why their product would never contain metal. I kept the broken tooth shards, the metal, the nugget and bag. They offered me a replacement bag of nuggets if I would just send the evidence to them. I did not, and had kept it secured. Well, almost a year later I see they are recalling dino nuggets for metal particles!!! I finally figured I could repair my injured teeth and though even with all this Mooney law said it was not enough to pursue. Oh well, should of at least gotten more tooth breaking nuggets."

"This was the worse experience I have had with an attorneys office. If you want to be disappointed this is the place. The attorney took my case and did no prep work. Unprepared at trial we lost. Than when I complained it was flipped on me and said I didn’t give my attorney enough time to prepare for trial. This attorney while in court even complimented the opposing attorneys. Could you imagine? Now I’m left with more hardship and mess to bring to another attorney to clean up. Lastly I requested my file. I was told it was mailed to me. Never received I was told that was my fault as well. Dont come here for assistance keep searching."
