"Bobby cuts a lot of corners and charges you for parts he rebuilds. He knows nothing about car computers and electronics. Said he replaced my brake calipers, 20000 miles later I have no front brakes. The pads were old, and the calipers were my old ones painted. I gave this crook my business and lots of chances. I lost over $2000 to repair all of his mistakes and cheap parts. He needs to either retire or get his act together"

"When I picked my car up, my steering wheel was 90 degrees was crooked. Front end of my car has been 2 inches off the ground ever since he worked on it. He just seems to guess which part is broken, and work on it. Even orders parts for me I didn't need at all, and expected to pay for it. Nice guy though, needs to trim his ear hair though."
