He will tell you like it is, no BS. So if you want it sugar coated don't call Donnie. But he is reliable, trustworthy and the job is done right the first time."

"If I could give half a star I would. They instructed me on what to do. Told me they worked with Park Dodge. I purchased the FOB and got the pin codes per their instructions. Called them to come do the work. Then was told I can't use that part with my $ 10,000.00 machines it will be messed up. They were unique Mopar parts he instructed me to get!! A decent man would tell you up front either he will do it or not. Don't waste your time with dishonest businesses like this!"

"Didnt seem interested in helping. I told him I would wait. He was explaining it would take an hour and half. I said no problem. He got frustrated and gave me someone else's name to contact. He did not have the persons contacts."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as "how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?" or "how much are your services?" or "how does the process work since I won't be present but an employee will be" is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said "You just have to trust us" and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply "trusting" that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do. If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It's a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business."

"I called about a problem I had regarding the removal of an old deadbolt on my front door. Donny patiently worked with me over the phone until the issue I had was resolved. Anyone willing to give of their time free of charge gets 5 stars from me any day! If I ever have need of more extensive locksmith service, D & L is who I will turn to."
