"Called and waited over an hour for a 25 min delivery which is only a few blocks away from the location. Got no food delivered and when I called back I got no answers. This is the 3rd disappointing time ordering from them the past 2 months. I don’t know what they have going on over there but it’s unprofessional and messed up. This is the last time I will be ordering from here and I’ve been eating here for years but something is different and they obviously don’t care anymore about quality or service. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE MONEY OR TIME. They have to do better. I will be taking my business else where and will be letting everyone know who orders from here to find a new spot ."

"Food does not taste good anymore. Wings are too big and tough, pizza used to be delicious but now is just not good, in fact, it's nasty along with the cheesesteaks. Seems as though overall quality of food went down. Use to be my favorite pizza spot."

"I get a large Buffalo Chicken Stomboli every time I go as I love the Buffalo sauce. I've attached pictures of my last 3 orders. I ordered the same large Stromboli and a side of blue cheese in the 3 different side sauce sizes available. Light comes with 1, Extra comes with 2 and XXtra comes with 3. I did try ordering it on the apollos website with blue cheese clicked but without a size and no sauce was given. This seems like a unique issue with food that already comes with side sauces as the system defaults to it being checked but the store does not have it on the receipt unless a sauce size is choosen."

"I have ordered from here for years, usually driving 30 minutes because we are far. Grub hub added them and I was so happy since they won't deliver to me (obviously, I know is far). I'm so disgusted today is my last day I'll ever order from appolos. After I placed my order I get an email they are charging me more than what I paid. I call to ask why and I'm told even though it says I ordered waffle cheese fries that's not the right price, that's the price just for the fries so they have to charge me extra for the cheese. Even though it says WAFFLE CHEESE fries. It's not about the 40c, it's the point. You can't just have wrong prices and adjust when you feel like you want to. My mozzarella sticks were not even cooked. I'm assuming they were upset with me after I called. I was very kind though, and actually had to tell the man I wasn't being rude, I was inquiring to stop his attitude he had as soon as he got on the phone with me. And also, after all that, most of the fries are black and brown. So thanks for that. Can't even call to ask a question without getting sent bad food. Terrible."

"I revisited Apollo since it was a childhood favorite pizza place for plain pizza and was pleased to find that they still do Greek style pizza (where the crust is thin but crispy). They do not skimp on the cheese and we love that they sprinkle cheese all the way up to the crust so there isn’t too much bare crust. At most places, you’d have to ask for extra cheese for what Apollo puts on a standard large plain pizza. When you want an inexpensive, delicious pie, you can’t beat Apollo’s value!"
