Limo in Philly

"BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING: I made a round-trip reservation with this company for Oct 16 and Oct 18. First trip was fine but for the second trip at 6 AM, no one showed up to our hotel to take us to the airport. We called and called yet no one answered. We almost missed our flight if it wasn't for an Uber driver who was willing to drive us from ATL to PHL. It's now Nov 4 and I have yet to hear back from anyone to get our refund! Their customer service is terrible and getting someone on the phone is impossible. Because of this, I'll NEVER book with them again! If you're traveling for business and need to be on time, find a more reliable company to work with."

"I would use this car service anytime I am in Philadelphia. The driver picked me up at the airport to help me with my bag which was huge since I was traveling alone with my infant. Helped me to the car and was early to the airport and picking me up from the house on the return flight. They were professional and drove very careful. They also provided an infant car seat and had it installed so I did not have to worry about anything! They are simply great!! Highly recommend them! Thank you so much!"
