"Absolute nightmare to work with. There was little to no communication from the garage accept when prompted. They tried to take advantage of the fact that I do not know much about cars prompting me to bring in an executive officer from my insurance company to escalate the situation and ensure that the repair was complete. The garage had my car for over 2 months, refused to give me a date when it would be returned, and completely belittled me and those who attempted to help me get answers. Upon its return, I found a problem and called the garage. Mike admitted that he noticed the problem but chose to ignore it with the explanation that it was not his problem. Going to get the rest of the repair done elsewhere because it is not worth the hassle of working with them. Mike has absolutely no problem lying to avoid doing the work and disrespecting his clients when he thinks he can get away with it. If you value your sanity and respect, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
"Classic Coachwork did an amazing job on my BMW. They were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure the insurance did what they needed to do for my car repair. The communication was awesome, they kept in touch with me ensuring I knew what was being done with my car. I highly recommended them, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much, Classic Coachwork."
"Went to Coachwork for body-work estimate. Choose to go there based on 4.8 start Google rating and fact they are factory authorized to work Volvos. Was so disappointed in all aspects of my visit. No one there was in the least bit friendly either on the phone or in person. The space is a grungy garage, which I was hopeful meant they were going to be a good value. However, then the estimate. It came in double what 2 other companies provided as estimates, 1 of which was also a Volvo certified body repair organization. A simple scuff on the flair of a vendor, and some paint rubbed off of the bumper - $ 2,500. This was triple the other estimates. Clearly, they will not be getting my business. I do recommend getting a second estimate before using this organization."
"Amazing attention to detail! I had Classic fix a front end collision to my brand new Sierra and it came out like nothing had ever happened. Mike in the office was great with clear communication and had the truck ready as promised. I would highly recommend."
"I could not be happier with the work that Classic Coachwork performed on my car. My front end looks better than before I got in the accident, and they meticulously cleaned my whole interior and exterior prior to me picking the car up. Additionally, they fought with my insurance company on my behalf to ensure that the replacement parts that were sourced for my car were above and beyond 'just okay'. I highly recommend this shop for any collision needs. Thank you, Classic Coachwork! Sincerely, Darren Mazer"
