"I bought a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder in Dec 2022 along with a warranty. I had it 4 weeks and heard a loud noise under the hood. I called to bring it in. I received a call telling me they found the problem, and it would cost me $1400 to get it fixed that it wasn't covered under warranty. I told them I didn't understand why I had to pay for it. I just bought the car. I was not expecting to pay for anything after having the car 4 weeks. I was told they would ask if anything could be done. I received a call later in the day saying they would split the cost with me. I explained I was still not happy about this but I need my car. I went to the person who sold me the car and explained the situation and was told that was all service could do. The only person who could waive all costs was Steve Bernardino. I spoke with service again and let them know I am still not happy and asked them to speak with Steve. They said they would. I had to follow up with them several times and had no response besides they are still waiting for a response. I received an email about rating the service department and I explained the poor service I received and did receive a response immediately that it would be looked into and I would have an update by afternoon the next day. The next day came and went with no response. My car sat there for 7 days when I received a call saying they see my car is still there. I said yes I am waiting for a response, but either way, I would pick up my car in a day or 2 because I need it. This dealership doesn't care and I won't take my car back to them. If I could rate them a zero I would. They act like they care but they don't. I done recommend taking your car there or buy a car from them. They had my car for over a week and I still had to pay for half the cost. This is a car that had a new inspection on it. It makes me wonder how they inspect vehicles. I picked up my car and paid for it. It was a day later I received a message they would cover the entire cost and refund my money"

"Brought my car in for a recall and to investigate a grinding noise that could be heard while driving. Car was with Montgomeryville Nissan for two days and was not being worked on. I can verify that because I had to pick the car up for the weekend and it was in the same spot. Wasn't moved at all. I had to bring the car back the following week only to be told that the mechanic couldn't hear anything from the transmission. They told me that there was nothing they could do since there was no error code, which is understandable. But to say they couldn't hear the grinding is concerning. I took my car to conicelli nissan and they heard the noise. The techs at conicelli spent a week looking at my car. Going back and forth with Nissan HQ and exchanging recordings with them. Since there was no error code, nothing cold be done but at least conicelli tried."

"I’ve been coming here for 8 years now and slowly things have been getting worse. - I dropped the car off at 8am for an 8:45am appointment and did not hear back at all from anyone. I called around 2pm to check-in and no one was able to give me an update other than the car would be kept overnight since there was no one available to approve it. - I got a call the next day with someone telling me there is a hole in the exhaust which was confusing because I had already told someone that the exhaust came off which is what was causing the problem, I more so wanted a quote for how much it would be to get it fixed. When I asked for clarification for where there was a hole none was give. I told them I knew the exhaust came off and that's why I brought it in and they changed their answer that the hole just meant that it was off. Didn't make sense. When asked what would cause that to happen they said it's unknown. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and they were able to tell me it had rusted off. - I was charged $161 for no work to be done and no new information to be given to me. - they are good for regular maintenance and oil changes, but any issues your car is having outside of regular maintenance they haven’t been great with."

"This service center always treats folks well. They are extremely professional. My service advisor Cameron always has an upbeat demeanor also. I always learn something new from Cameron also.."

"I have to come here frequently to buy parts both for hobbies and business. The service and parts department are top-notch and have helped me sort out some fairly difficult problems. Out of all the dealerships I've dealt with in my lifetime these guys are probably the best."
